- Erection and dismantle of scaffolding in a timely manner as instructed and to Australian Standards.

Normal workshop hours are Monday to Friday: 7:00am - 5:00pm (50 hour week)

The Estimator plays an important part as a leader providing technical skills within our business, tasked with the responsibility of quoting works and tendering projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate, scope, estimate works and larger projects within the desired response time
- Utilise GHS Solutions systems of work, to track opportunities through to estimates and sales orders
- Initiate and coordinate procurement, with suppliers and sub-contractors
- Handover works won to relevant team members within the participating business unit
- Engage with clients and all stakeholders via clear, consistent communication, upholding GHS values
- Create concept design drawings as required
This role would suit an individual with:
- Proven track record in a similar role
- Minimum of 2 years post trade experience in workshop, site engineering or other works relevant to our target market (5 years preferable)
- Exceptional problem solving and analytical abilities as well as a sound knowledge of relevant legislation, standards and codes
Other Abilities:
- Great communication skills
- High attention to detail
- High level computer skills, with experience using MS Projects, Excel and Word. Experience with SAPB1 and AutoCad is desirable but not mandatory.

- Erection and dismantle of scaffolding in a timely manner as instructed and to Australian Standards.

- Carrying out Scaffold Inspection Checklists for each job

Experience Required:
- A minimum of 1 year post qualified experience as a Poly welder
- A minimum of 1 year of proven experience working as Poly welder in all aspects of butt and electro fusion welding experience in operator roles in relevant mine/construction sites.
- A minimum of 1 year experience using a variety of Poly welding equipment and procedures specifically ( Dixon welder).
- A minimum of 1 year experience operating on site
Key duties of this role includes:
- Strong understanding of pipeline instrumentation
- Interpret piping and Instrumentation diagram blueprints, drawings, and measurements to plan layouts
- Welding a range of pipe diameter ranging from DN63 - DN350
- Conduct commissioning on all mechanical components on pipelines.
- Monitor machinery for appropriate usage and temperature
- Assess welded surfaces, structures and components to identify errors.
- Working knowledge of site safety requirements to observe and maintain a high level of safety practice at all time
