Andrew has been the Managing Director since January 2012 and has extensive construction, mining, executive management and financial control experience. With over 25 years of management experience in corporate finance and high risk service industries, Andrew is committed to operating the Company via a HSEQ system of management that minimises risk and provides quality outcomes for all stakeholders.
Andrew holds qualifications in business management, with further post graduate studies. Andrew is actively involved in the community, and has had an involvement with regional development in the Mid West area.
Highly experienced in servicing the mining, construction and oil & gas industries, Norm has a strong practical and management background spanning some 35 years. He leads a team of fitters and machinists providing mechanical engineering and consulting services, incorporating precision workshop machining; overhaul and fitting pump, gearbox, fans and mechanical assemblies. Norm has undertaken numerous roles from workshop manager, trades fitter, to project and site management. This combination of practical and management experience enables Norm in his role as Manager Off Site Repairs to add significant value to both GHS Solutions’ and client’s businesses alike.
