Our Quality System of Management is regularly audited internally and externally, with external audits and certification to the requirements of ISO9001.

This System of Management incorporates a series of procedures covering activities from client engagement, through design management to construction and completion. Our policies and procedures are well documented and accessible, allowing employees to fully understand their roles and responsibilities, promoting a consistent approach to the way we deliver business, whilst also assisting in the facilitation of training new employees.

Compliance with internal Client communication & response targets
Compliance with GHS Policies and Procedures
Zero defects at job completion
Projects to be completed within agreed timeframes, where practicable

The GHS Solutions commitment to Health & Safety, Environment and Quality is driven by our Directors and Senior Management Team and all principles are implemented by our Site Supervisors and Work Crews.

Our continual improvement strategy ensures that all staff development opportunities are identified to facilitate further enhancement to our practices.

Environment

GHS Solutions is dedicated to sustainable environmental practices by ensuring our work activities do not negatively impact on the environment. Our environmental practices are regularly audited internally and externally, with certification to the requirements of ISO14001.

Our staff engage in pro-active management of the environment in which we work by preventing pollution, reducing waste and conserving resources.

Zero EPA infringement notices
Zero Chemical, Petroleum Product or Controlled Waste Spills

GHS Solutions provides training to all personnel involved with or responsible for conducting activities that have potential to impact on the environment.

Health & Safety

GHS Solutions is committed to supporting our operations via industry leading safety practices. Ongoing health and safety audits and inspections are completed on a regular basis, internally and externally, certified to the requirements of ISO 45001.

The intention to seek excellence in health and safety is supported by our commitment to meet and where possible, exceed client, statutory, code of practice and legislative requirements.

Zero medically treated injuries
